1. Service

Disygn provides software and related services for managing digital signage content and screen deployments.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Disygn a limited licence to host and display your content solely to provide the service.

You must not use the service for unlawful content, malware distribution, or activities that disrupt the platform or other customers.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and outages may occur.

Pricing, billing cycles, and any installation fees will be provided in your quote or subscription agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disygn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via reasonable means.
